Bishop Stanley Kerr was ordained in June of 2000 under the leadership of Pastor Lawrence E. Smoots of Gospel Lighthouse C.H.S.C. in Oklahoma City, and Bishop Silky R. Wilson, who was the presiding bishop of the state of Oklahoma (this was prior to Jurisdiction designation). He became a licensed deacon in June, 1997, and a licensed minister in June, 1999, all under the leadership of Pastor Lawrence E. Smoots and Bishop Silky R. Wilson.

In 2003, he and his wife and their three sons
opened the first Oracle Ministries Christian
Center (OMCC) in Oklahoma City, OK. After
just two years, the Lord called him and his family
back to Texas. In the spring of 2007, OMCC moved
to Manford Williams Elementary School. From
there, OMCC moved to its present location at
Parkway Retail Center, both in Richmond, TX.

In the summer of 2007, Bishop Winston Williams
asked Bishop Kerr if he would take on the role as District
Superintendent. Bishop Stanley Kerr accepted the call, and
is currently serving as Superintendent of Texas South District #2 of the Christ Holy Sanctified Churches of America, Inc. Under his leadership there are three churches: OMCC in Richmond, Texas, New Temple in Beaumont, Texas, and House of Refuge in Beaumont, Texas.

Bishop Stanley Kerr has a heart for the people of God, wants to see lives changed, and growth in people that are being developed into the image God has already pre-ordained them to be.
